Foundation Role: Responsible for daily coordination, technical implementation, and ecosystem development support.
Proposal Mechanism
Initiation: Any user holding more than 10,000 SLOR can initiate governance proposals.
Review Stage: The Foundation conducts initial compliance and technical review of the proposal.
Public Discussion: The community discusses the proposal for 7 days, allowing for modifications and additions.
Voting Stage: Token holders vote, with proposals passing if they reach a 51% approval rate
Execution Stage: Execution is automated on-chain or handled by the Foundation based on the proposal.

Network Parameter Adjustments: Changes to gas rates or block rewards.
New Module Approvals and Upgrades: Approvals for the introduction or upgrading of network modules.
Community Incentive Modifications: Adjustments to community reward structures.
