RWA Module

Goal:

To map real-world assets on-chain, enabling ownership registration, trading circulation, and financial applications.

Functionality:

  1. Asset Ownership Confirmation: Supports assets like real estate, vehicles, equity, IP, etc., using on-chain NFTs or Tokens for ownership confirmation, linked to the user’s DID (Decentralized Identifier).

  2. Offline Certification Integration: Integrates with third-party institutions (e.g., appraisers, governments, law firms) for certification and signing, ensuring asset authenticity.

  3. Asset Trading Market: Users can list, transfer, pledge, or lease assets on-chain, offering multiple financial operations.

  4. State Tracking and Auditing: Each asset state change (e.g., transfer, freeze, unfreeze) is fully recorded on the blockchain, ensuring auditability and traceability.

Technological Features:

  1. Utilizes ERC721/ERC1155 standard asset certificates.

  2. Supports asset splitting and automatic yield distribution.

  3. Integrates DID system for unique ownership mapping.
