Pledge/Collateralization Process

1.Initiate Pledge:

  • The user pledges the RWA asset token to a designated contract (e.g., lending pool).

2.Valuation Module Call:

  • The contract determines the collateralization ratio based on real-time price oracles and evaluations from certification institutions.

3.Liquidity Release:

  • The user receives stablecoins or other tokens as loan assets.

4.Default Handling:

  • If the pledged asset’s value falls below the liquidation threshold, an automatic redemption or auction process is triggered.
